Qualifications & experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Recruitment Officer, Recruiter, or similar role. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software. TOEIC scores of 600++ will be adventage. Tasks & responsibilities Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to attract potential candidates. Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a smooth interview process and provide timely feedback to candidates. Selection Process: Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles and make recommendations for further assessment or selection. Employer Branding: Promote the organization's employer brand through effective communication with candidates and by highlighting the company's values, culture, and career opportunities. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates, ensuring a strong talent pipeline. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Offer Negotiation: Assist in salary negotiation and the preparation of employment offers for selected candidates. Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires.
