Product Manager (Security & Building Automation Systems)

Job description Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management · Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from New Product Introduction (NPI) to phase-out, ensuring alignment with market demand and business goals Technical Support · Provide daily technical and product support to internal teams, including Sales, Tech Support, and Engineers or other departments. develop product documentation, TOR compliance sheets, and training materials. Market & Main product Expertise · Leverage deep knowledge in CCTV, Fire Alarm, or Building Automation (BA) systems to identify market trends, evaluate competitive products, and define key selling points. · Pricing & Profitability: Define competitive pricing models, and drive product profitability in collaboration with the sales team. Cross-functional Collaboration · Work closely with vendors, partners, and internal engineering/sales teams to deliver best product solutions. · Act as the primary contact for manufacturers/suppliers to negotiate terms, track product roadmaps, and manage technical or compliance certifications. · Conduct competitor analysis, identify emerging technology trends in CCTV, Fire Alarms, or BA systems · Other duties as assigned Required work experience • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Technology, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Product Management or Product Marketing, ideally within the CCTV, Fire Protection, or Building Automation (BA) industries. • Strong domain knowledge of security systems and smart building technologies. • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to bridge technical and commercial discussions. • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) Toeic Score 700+ is a plus • Fluency in Mandarin/Chinese is a strong advantage (for vendor and manufacturer coordination). • Have own car and driver license
