About Us FlowAccount is Thailand's leading provider of cloud-based online accounting software. We're hiring a Product Marketing Specialist to connect product, marketing, and customer insights — driving product adoption and growth through clear messaging and impactful go-to-market (GTM) execution. This is a great opportunity for marketers from an FMCG or consumer goods background who want to bring their brand and campaign expertise into a fast-growing SaaS company. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain product positioning and messaging that highlight customer value. Plan and execute GTM strategies for new features and product launches. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to translate insights into impactful campaigns. Create enablement materials (sales decks, product one-pagers, FAQs) to support internal and partner teams. Analyze customer behavior, competitor trends, and performance data to inform strategy. Collaborate with teams to communicate product stories across all channels. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in brand management, trade marketing, or product/consumer marketing within FMCG or consumer goods — SaaS or tech industry experience is not required. Strong understanding of consumer insights, brand positioning, and campaign execution, with the ability to apply this thinking to a tech/SaaS product. Proven track record of turning market and customer insights into clear messaging and effective campaigns. Excellent Thai and English communication skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong execution skills. (Plus) Experience with digital advertising, content or campaign management, video content, or using Generative AI tools for business use cases.
