Job Responsibilities Record AR, AP, and general ledger transactions accurately. Verify payment documents (invoices, receipts, tax invoices). Prepare, review, and file monthly tax reports (VAT, WHT) with the Revenue Department on time. Maintain sub-ledgers, fixed asset registers, and trial balances. Perform bank, AP, and AR reconciliations. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. At least 1-3 years of experience in accounting. Good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and accounting transactions. Basic knowledge of taxation, including withholding tax and Value Added Tax (VAT). Good command of Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is an advantage. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively under deadlines.
