Operation Staff

Open Position : 1. Operation 1 person (Native Thai, Need English for Communication Level) 2. Operation 1 person (Native Thai, Need English for Communication Level & Chinese Mandarin Speaker) Job Responsibilities Be the main contact point of clients and solve all issues of the client. Handle the complaints and issued by providing appropriate solutions. Understand the customers' requirements by building the required communication and relationships. Check pre-alert and work with carrier for entered/manifest and further processing. Inquire about Ocean Freight / Air Freight from Carriers and Airline. Prepare monthly sailing schedules for customers. Place bookings with respective carriers and airlines that meet customer requirements. Process all documentation processes and resolve customer concerns in timely action. Handle the shipments by following up with the clients and oversea agents and shipping line if necessary. Update all information's regarding arrival, delay and any other issues to customer timely. Please ensure that all data is input into the system in a timely manner. Inform the Finance team of Debit Note information and check invoices. Input payments of carriers / Airline and request Payment to Manager. Support other departments and collaborate with each other for related shipment process. Report daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly to the supervisor and manager. Performed any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor and manager. Requirements Any graduate or equivalent education background in related field. Minimum 1-2 years in Customer Service and Operation experience in related field. Knowledge in Import and Export / Import process, including documentation and operation. Skills in Microsoft application and relevant software data inputting system. Good Speaking and Writing communication skill in English or Chinese language (Communication Level). Preferred candidates from Logistics and Freight forwarding Field. Location : Sukhumvit 95, Phra Khanong, Bang Chak, Bangkok, 10260 Working Time : Monday to Friday (9.00 AM to 05:00 PM) Benefit : Annual Bonus, Monthly Party, OT Allowance, and others
