We are a leading, fast-growing listed medical beauty group with a strong regional footprint. To support our ongoing digital transformation, regional expansion, and high-volume retail operations, we are looking for two high-caliber Analyst Programmers to join our Group IT team. We welcome specialists in Front-end or Back-end development, as well as versatile Full Stack professionals. Challenge & Impact Regional Digital Ecosystem: Develop and optimize scalable web and mobile applications supporting cross-border retail and medical beauty operations across Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and Australia. Full-Lifecycle Development: Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, system architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment. System Integration: Connect front-end consumer-facing interfaces with robust back-end systems, including ERP, CRM, POS, and automated data pipelines for corporate reporting. Security & Performance: Ensure high availability, strict data privacy compliance, and top-tier security standards for sensitive medical and financial data. Agile Collaboration: Partner closely with regional business units, UI/UX designers, and project managers to translate complex business needs into smooth technical solutions. Who We Are Looking For Education: Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines. Experience: 3+ years of solid experience in software development. Experience in medical beauty, aesthetics, healthcare, or retail/E-commerce systems is a distinct advantage. Technical Skills (Front-end Focus): Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular). Technical Skills (Back-end Focus): Proficient in server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET) and database management (SQL and NoSQL). Technical Skills (Full Stack): Competency across both front-end and back-end stacks, with knowledge of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud), and CI/CD pipelines. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a precise eye for system logic, data flow, and performance optimization. Languages: Complete fluency in Cantonese is strictly required, combined with strong professional English and Mandarin to collaborate with cross-regional stakeholders.
