Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers in the data centre industry. Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the data centre space to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Deliver compelling solution presentations and proposals tailored to customer requirements, leveraging Vertiv's full portfolio of data centre infrastructure solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Factory, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction. Develop trusted advisory relationships with management, factory partners, and engineering teams to optimise the end-to-end customer experience. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the data centre industry to identify potential business opportunities and inform sales strategies. Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews to management. Handle ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 4 years of sales experience in data centre infrastructure, critical power, cooling solutions, or related industries. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling, and IT systems, is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent command of Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage. Candidates with high potential but less experience are welcome and will be considered for junior-level positions.
