With an established international footprint and a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and customer partnership, the company continues to invest in Asia as a key strategic growth region and is seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive business expansion across multiple markets. Description Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability across Asia, with full accountability for achieving sales objectives and supporting the continued expansion of the company's portfolio of access, storage, and security solutions. The successful candidate will develop and execute regional business strategies, establish annual market plans, and ensure commercial goals are consistently achieved across multiple countries and channels. Working closely with distributors, channel partners, retailers, and key accounts, the Regional Sales Manager will strengthen strategic relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, monitor sell-in and sell-out performance, optimize inventory levels, and identify new opportunities for growth. The role will also lead new product launches and market expansion initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience throughout the region. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for sales forecasting, demand planning, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and identifying evolving customer needs and market trends. As a people leader, the Regional Sales Manager will coach and develop team members, implement scalable sales processes, and foster a high-performance culture capable of succeeding across diverse and dynamic markets. The position requires frequent travel throughout Asia and offers extensive exposure to senior management and regional decision-making. Profile The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline, combined with a proven track record of success within access solutions, storage products, security solutions, building products, hardware, consumer goods, industrial products, or related sectors. Candidates should bring at least eight years of sales experience, including a minimum of five years in a management or leadership role with responsibility for driving revenue growth and managing regional commercial activities. You are a commercially astute and results-driven leader with strong experience in distributor management, channel development, key account management, and market expansion across Asia. You possess excellent business judgment, analytical capability, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across different cultures and markets. A proactive, self-motivated approach, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, will be critical to success in this role. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is highly preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, leadership, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills, together with the flexibility and resilience required to thrive in a fast-paced regional environment.
