Job Summary Manage customer and distributor sales to achieve revenue and business targets. Develop and expand business opportunities with assigned customers and distributors. Build strong relationships with key customers, particularly those with local R&D capabilities. Plan and execute sales promotion activities while maintaining strong product knowledge. Drive and motivate distributors to expand sales and promotional activities. Manage quotations, pricing, samples, sales forecasts, and delivery follow-up. Coordinate QA, Environmental, Conflict Materials, BCP (Business Continuity Plan), PCN (Product Change Notification)/EOL(End of Life), and other related requirements. Main Responsibility Manage customers and distributors assigned to achieve sales target and profit. Effective managing demand and supply to meet customer and distributor requirement. Support Marketing activities like conducting survey for new applications, new market and preparation for trade show, seminar or Customer Day. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering At least 5 years of sales experience in microdevices or related products, with experience in both distributor and direct end-user sales preferred. Proven working experience in sales management, business development or relevant role with proven sales track record. Independent, highly motivated, pro-active and result oriented. Strong ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in Thailand, with the ability to coordinate effectively with a Regional Manager based in Singapore.
