Data Operations Assistant

Job Responsibilities: Support internal teams with ad-hoc data requests, including data sorting, validation, and regular data update delivery to meet daily business operational needs. Conduct in-depth data analysis for various business projects, track project operation data dynamically, and sort out core business indicators and changing trends. Analyze business data from multiple dimensions, sort out operational patterns, identify existing operational issues and potential improvement points with practical data insights. Compile professional data analysis reports regularly and irregularly, present data findings clearly and logically, and provide executable and targeted optimization suggestions to supervisors and sales/business teams to drive business performance improvement. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Data Analysis or related discipline. 1-2 years of relevant working experience in data operation, data analysis or related fields; Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data sorting, report making and data presentation; Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Power BI is a definite advantage. Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
