About the Role Arvin International Marketing Inc. is seeking an HR Supervisor (Employee Relations) to manage employee relations, disciplinary cases, employee engagement, and HR compliance. The role will serve as a bridge between Management and employees and ensure fair, timely, and proper handling of workplace concerns. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day employee relations, grievances, disciplinary cases, and workplace concerns . Prepare, process, and monitor NTEs, NODs, Written Warnings, Suspensions, and other disciplinary documents in high volume, ensuring accuracy, completeness, proper supporting documents, and complete signatories . Monitor NTE responses, conduct investigations and administrative hearings, and ensure proper documentation and due process. Maintain an updated employee relations case tracker and confidential case files. Provide guidance to managers and supervisors on employee relations, disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and performance management. Coordinate and implement employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote morale, communication, teamwork, and retention. Monitor compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies . Coordinate with DOLE, legal counsel, and other external parties on employee-related matters when necessary. Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations based on employee concerns and turnover trends. Prepare HR reports, case summaries, and recommendations for Management. Support recruitment, onboarding, and other HR initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration , or related field. 3–5 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Operations, or Labor Relations. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and disciplinary procedures . Experience handling NTEs, NODs, administrative hearings, and employee relations cases . Excellent communication, documentation, investigation, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple cases and deadlines . Proficient in MS Office and HRIS . HR certification such as CHRP or equivalent is an advantage.
