E-Commerce Executive

Responsibilities: Handle the daily operation of all E-Commerce channels including external platforms Responsible for product listing from preparing materials to product listing on all platforms Support online platform interface updates with latest promotion, pricing updates, layout and content improvement, etc. Support and drive a smooth E-Commerce customer journey including order processing and customer service issues Work closely with product team and logistics team to manage the stock and logistics Prepare reports and analysis to track and review the sales performance Requirements: Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline At least 3 years experiences in E-Commerce operation/online sales platform operation Familiarity with platforms such as ZALORA, HKTVmall, Shopify, Shopline are highly advantageous Well organization skills, self-motivated and attentive to details, with a strong sense of responsibility Proficiency in MS Excel, skills in Photoshop and Canva is a plus Knowledge of SAP and ecommerce system will be an advantage Good in Chinese and English (both verbal and written) Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior E-Commerce Executive
