Business Development Manager – Ground & Rail (Thailand & Mekong Cluster) Location: Based in 66 Tower, BTS Udomsuk Responsible for growing Ground & Rail business through customer acquisition, logistics solution design, and strategic sales support. Work closely with commercial and operations teams to deliver value-driven transportation solutions and achieve business growth targets. Key Responsibilities Drive business growth and support sales targets for Ground & Rail products across designated markets. Design and present logistics solutions, including pricing, cost modeling, route optimization, and operational processes. Partner with country and regional stakeholders to identify and qualify new business opportunities. Support business development teams with product expertise, training, and strategic sales guidance. Develop and implement cross-border and multimodal logistics solutions aligned with trade lane priorities. Build strong customer relationships and deliver compelling business presentations. Act as the voice of the customer and support resolution of critical operational issues. Contribute to long-term product strategies, business planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Strong command of English, both written and spoken. Proven experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain solutions. Experience developing and implementing business growth strategies and winning new business. Strong understanding of domestic, cross-border, and multimodal transportation services. Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
