Position : Inside Sales Key Responsibilities Sales Support: Assist Sales Managers in preparing professional quotations, product presentations, and essential sales documentation. Sales Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel to compile, analyze, and present accurate monthly sales reports. Coordination: Acting as a liaison between customers, technical teams, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and excellent service. Client Relations: Handle initial inquiries from clients and provide accurate, basic product information. Key Qualifications Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in a sales support/sales coordinator role. Language Skills: Proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is required. Special Consideration: Candidates with Japanese proficiency equivalent to Level N3 or higher will be prioritized. Computer Literacy: Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for professional sales reporting (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization). Additional Attributes High level of patience and a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving. Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in preparing quotations, sales contracts, and complex reports. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong service-oriented mindset. Adaptability: Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Mobility: Ability to travel to factory sites or client meetings as required.
