Position: Import - Export Operation Executive (Freight Forwarding) Location: Bangna Area (AIA East Gateway Building) Responsibilities You will be accountable in ensuring the co-ordination and management of all aspects of the export/import operations from creation/receipt of the orders through the delivery to final destination. Maintaining a high level of customer and satisfaction through the effective operational IT and support tools. To control, monitor and utilize the flexitank fleet at optimum levels of cost efficiency, ensuring customer requirements are met all the times. Develop effective relationships with customer, service providers and other Trans Ocean offices and agents to meet the customer’s needs. To ensure that Sales Manager are kept informed of issues that may affect their responsibilities and decisions. Required Competencies: Computer skills. Excellent customer services skills. Problem solving ability. Analytical skills. Good oral and written communications skills in English language. Good planning and organizing skills. Experience/Education/Degrees: Bachelor degree or equivalent. 1-3 years in freight forwarding.
