Part-time Assistant System Analyst

We are seeking a part-time for a one-year term (two days per week) to support finance systems administration, provide user support, and assist with process improvement initiatives. Finance Systems Administration & Testing Support daily administration of Finance Systems (Tagetik, ERP & BI platforms) Assist in system testing, UAT coordination and implementation activities e.g. preparing test data, test cases Maintain master data, metadata and system documentation User Support & Issue Management Provide first-line support to finance users on system enquiries and access issues Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with IT teams/vendors for issue resolution Maintain support records, user guides and FAQs AI Automation & Process Improvement Support process improvement and system enhancement initiatives Gather user requirements and document business processes Assist in the adoption of Feishu, Power Platform, BI and AI tools to improve efficiency and reporting The Person Bachelor’s degree (University students & fresh graduates welcome) in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems / Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 1 year of relevant internship / project experience is an advantage (e.g., system support, data analysis, testing, automation, or reporting). Basic understanding of business processes and data concepts; exposure to ERP / EPM / BI tools is a plus (e.g., SAP, Tagetik, Oracle, Power BI). Interest in digitalization, process improvement, and automation; familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage. Basic programming / data skills (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) are a plus. Experience with AI agent platform such as Dify, n8n, Feishu, Co-pilot Studio would be a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with high attention to detail. Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Putonghua).
