Key Responsibilities: Conduct compliance reviews in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Ensure business operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including customer due diligence (CDD), Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, and risk assessments. Apply knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT), sanctions, and regulatory requirements when reviewing cases. Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings. Assist in regulatory reporting, communications with authorities, and the preparation and submission of required documentation. Develop and deliver AML/CFT compliance training and awareness programmes for employees. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in AML and compliance, preferably within a Corporate Service Provider (CSP) or other regulated entity. Strong knowledge of Singapore’s AML/CFT regulations and CSP-specific guidelines is preferred. Experience in risk assessment and due diligence on PEP and adverse news. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective actions. Good analytical and communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset with strong critical thinking capabilities. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. A collaborative team player who openly shares challenges and solutions and proactively supports colleagues. Hybrid working may be discussed.
