Factory Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities 1. Plan and manage production activities to achieve production targets while continuously improving production efficiency and overall performance. 2. Participate in the improvement and development of product formulations and manufacturing processes in accordance with the company’s requirements, from laboratory-scale trials through to commercial production. 3. Supervise and oversee the manufacturing of dietary supplement and herbal products in accordance with approved formulas and production plans. 4. Verify the accuracy of raw materials, manufacturing formulas, and production documents. 5. Monitor in-process quality and resolve issues arising during the manufacturing process. 6. Ensure that all production activities comply with GMP, HACCP, and Thai FDA requirements. 7. Prepare, review, and maintain production-related documents and records. Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a valid Pharmacist License. 2.Experience in a food, dietary supplement, herbal product, or pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. 3. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, GMP, and HACCP standards. 4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to resolve production-related issues effectively. 5. Experience in manufacturing gummy dietary supplement products will be highly preferred.
