Order to Cash Officer (AR/OTC) - English Speaker

Working Location: Gaysorn Amarin Tower, BTS Chitlom Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Hybrid: 2 day from the office, 3 days from home) Order to Cash Officer (OTC/AR), basic salary is 30K+ / Month Job Summary: As an Order to Cash (OTC) Officer, you will provide high quality support to existing HBX customers across your region from order to payment by delivering accurate billing to our clients and recognizing revenue correctly and smoothly. Job Responsibilities: Support effective and efficient finance transactions and processes in line with internal/external standards. Support posting, clearing and reconciliation services to meet SLAs and KPIs. Review orders to ensure revenue can be recognized in line with requirements – flagging exceptions. Create sales invoices and load these to relevant portals. Support the collection of cash from customers – monitor open orders and action as appropriate. Monitor risks associated with cash collection and DSO. Provide best-in-market Customer experience – drive proactive, value-adding interactions, handling customer enquiries and effectively resolving issues. Support the sales team as required. Qualifications: Experience in finance-related activities such as invoicing, collections, accounts receivable, or order management. Proven ability to proactively deliver results, meet deadlines/SLAs, and effectively prioritize and manage time. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
