Job description: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Receive, evaluate, and investigate employee complaints, violations, and misconduct cases. Conduct administrative investigations in accordance with due process and company policies. Prepare Notices to Explain (NTE), Notices of Decision (NOD), administrative case reports, and other disciplinary documents. Facilitate administrative hearings, conferences, and employee counseling sessions. Recommend appropriate disciplinary actions based on investigation findings and company policies. Coordinate with department heads and managers regarding employee disciplinary concerns and case resolutions. Maintain complete, confidential, and accurate records of disciplinary cases and investigations. Monitor the progress and closure of disciplinary cases and ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with legal counsel or external agencies regarding sensitive employee relations cases.
