Job Description Evaluate, qualify, and manage suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements and manufacturing standards. Conduct supplier audits, monitor supplier quality performance, and drive continuous improvement activities. Manage incoming material quality control processes and support inspection activities. Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Production, and Purchasing) on supplier quality-related matters. Perform root cause analysis using quality tools and lead problem-solving activities to prevent recurrence. Support new product introduction (NPI) activities and supplier quality validation when required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related quality role. Experience in PCB, FPC, Battery, or electrical/electronics manufacturing industries is preferred. Hands-on experience in handling production quality issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including PFMEA, PPAP, 8D, Fishbone Diagram, and 5 Whys. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams. TOEIC score of 600 or above. Good command of English, both written and spoken. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
