Supply Chain Manager

Position Overview Our client is seeking a high-impact Strategic Supply Chain Manager to serve as a vital bridge between global operations and key clients. This is a high-visibility, customer-facing leadership role focused on orchestrating supply chain initiatives, streamlining end-to-end processes, and driving business scaling efforts. In this role, you will collaborate with manufacturing sites and cross-functional departments to synchronize demand planning, secure material pipelines, and enhance supply chain agility. You will be the primary point of contact for customer updates, proactively addressing logistical hurdles and optimizing inventory health. Responsibilities: Customer Integration: Serve as the lead liaison for client engagements, providing transparent updates on supply status while managing expectations and troubleshooting bottlenecks. Product Lifecycle Support: Facilitate seamless product qualifications and navigate the complexities of high-volume production ramp-ups. Strategic Planning: Oversee demand alignment and execute inventory control strategies to balance cost-efficiency with high service levels. End-to-End Fulfillment: Manage the full supply chain lifecycle—from deep-dive Bill of Materials (BOM) analysis and material kitting to final delivery and flexibility metrics. Process Engineering: Design, deploy, and refine supply chain frameworks that improve organizational efficiency. Supplier Synergy: Partner with Commodity Management and external vendors to elevate total supply chain performance and reliability. Requirements: Domain Expertise: Proven track record in comprehensive Supply Chain Management, with a deep understanding of how manufacturing hubs operate. Industry Experience: Previous experience within an EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) or ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) environment is highly desirable. Leadership Qualities: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting. Technical Fluency: Comfortable analyzing BOMs, managing "Clear to Build" (CTB) processes, and driving delivery execution.
