Job Duties: To plan, design and carry out research projects including the preparation of various research/statistic/project/programme reports on children and adolescent health issues or public health studies; To develop and maintain guidelines and other resource materials for service enhancement, service monitoring and performance evaluation; To liaise and coordinate with stakeholders and other government departments for service promotion and improvement projects; To plan, develop, organize and monitor various promotion activities and promotion materials for electronic enrolment and centre-based services for SHS; To provide secretariat and logistics support for working groups/meetings with various stakeholders; To provide general administrative and logistic support; and To provide support and assist in any other duties as assigned by supervisors, officers or DH representatives. Job Requirements: having a Bachelor degree, preferably in the fields of Public Health or Health Service Management or equivalent; having at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the Government, in the related fields of public health, general administration, human resource management, contract management, IT system management, marketing, communication, public relations or related disciplines; having at least 3 years post-graduate experience relating to project management, preferably gained from public sector, medical and health related industry; experience in promoting/implementing children or adolescent programme for public sector, schools, NGOs or health service setting is desirable; meet the Language Proficiency Requirements Level 2 in Use of English and Use of Chinese Paper of the Common Recruitment Examination of the Hong Kong SAR Government (CRE); good team player processing good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills; having proficient computer skills (operation with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint); and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English.
