Key Account Manager - Kids DIY Craft items/ Toys/Gifts

We are seeking a highly seasoned and strategic Key Account Manager to oversee our global client portfolios, drive international trade operations, and manage end-to-end order execution. This role is designed for an industry expert who can seamlessly bridge the gap between core clients, factory operations, and complex global supply chains to deliver flawless, integrated service. Key Responsibilities Key Account Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with critical global clients, ensuring long-term retention, satisfaction, and account growth. End-to-End Trade Oversight: Coordinate the entire export process, from client acquisition and development to order fulfillment, production coordination, and international logistics. Factory & Production Alignment: Manage production scheduling, cost structures, and quality control by leveraging deep, hands-on factory operational expertise. Supply Chain Optimization: Mitigate operational risks and resolve production bottlenecks through proactive supply chain management and emergency order intervention. Job Requirements Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of robust experience in international export trade and supply chain management, ideally with a strong background working within integrated industry-and-trade manufacturing facilities. Industry Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of factory operations, including mainland China production scheduling, cost breakdown analysis, QA/QC standards, and export risk mitigation. Network & Resources: Possess an extensive, well-established network of core OEM/ODM suppliers in Mainland China, with proven capability to secure priority production lines and rapid response for urgent orders. Product Match: Proven track record in a product sector that highly aligns with our company’s current product portfolio ( Kids DIY Craft items/ Toys/Gifts) . Skills: Strong negotiation, cross-border logistics management, and crisis-resolution skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
