IT Governane & Data Protection, Analyst

Job Purpose: This role will support IT governance, data protection, and information security awareness initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to strengthen governance practices, manage risks, and promote a culture of security across the organization. Responsibilities : Support the implementation and maintenance of IT governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures across the organization. Coordinate and monitor Data Protection activities to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and company standards. Develop, coordinate, and promote Information Security Awareness programs, campaigns, training, and communications for employees. Support IT risk management activities by tracking remediation actions, control improvements, and governance-related initiatives. Collaborate with business units, technology teams, risk, compliance, legal, and Group functions to drive governance and data protection initiatives. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in IT Governance, Information Security, Data Protection, Risk Management, Compliance, or Audit-related functions. Good understanding of information security principles, IT governance frameworks, and data protection requirements. Familiarity with regulatory and industry standards such as PDPA, ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST, or equivalent frameworks. Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and working with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams. Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
