Responsibilities; Support Beauty Consultants (BCs) to Achieve Sales Targets Monitor daily retail sales performance across counters to provide immediate support. Conduct weekly stock checks to maintain optimal stock turnover and ensure sufficient inventory for sales. Support and follow up on all counter sales activities to meet targets. Provide BCs with essential operational information to enhance communication and efficiency. Act as a mentor and motivator, offering guidance and support to BCs. Supervise Operations and Policy Compliance Train BCs on the SACS working process for accurate data input and utilize data to enhance sales performance. Review and approve daily counter sales orders and credit note (C/N) proposals. Place appropriate orders for saleable products and testers within credit and stock limits. Monitor daily counter manpower, prioritizing locations with staffing shortages. Strategically deploy BCs to maximize counter efficiency. Counter Visits and Market Monitoring Inspect counters to ensure displays, testers, duratrans, and support equipment are well-maintained and visually appealing. Provide immediate guidance and solutions to on-site counter issues. Survey and analyze competitor sales activities. Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for the Sales Manager. Undertake other duties as assigned. Qualifications; Bachelor’s degree in any field. 3 - 5 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor (background in cosmetics is an advantage). Ability to travel up-country. Strong personality and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
