Client Advisor (Luxury Brand) - Phuket

Our client is a prestigious French luxury brand with a strong international presence. The company is seeking a suitable candidate to join its team in Thailand and contribute to delivering the high standards of quality, service, and brand excellence associated with the global luxury market. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional sales and customer service to ensure a premium client experience. Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the brand’s product lines, features, and benefits. Welcome every client warmly and provide a personalised luxury shopping experience. Advise clients across the brand’s full range of products and categories based on their individual needs and preferences. Support sales planning and day-to-day business management activities. Develop and implement monthly sales plans to achieve individual and boutique sales targets. Manage the implementation of window launches, ensuring they are completed on time, to the required quality standards, and in accordance with brand guidelines. Maintain boutique documentation and filing systems, ensuring accurate and timely submission of required reports. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of sales experience within the luxury fashion, premium retail, or related industry. Fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome to apply. Experience as a Flight Attendant or in hospitality, premium customer service, or other service-oriented industries is welcome. Strong selling skills with a customer-focused and results-oriented approach. Service-minded, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Good command of English, with the ability to communicate confidently with international clients. Proficiency in Chinese or other foreign languages is an advantage.
