Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the employer’s household operations to ensure a comfortable, orderly, and hygienic living environment. Handle household management and grocery shopping (with support from a team of domestic helpers, chefs and drivers), adhering strictly to the employer’s pQreferences. Provide impeccable personal service to principals and guests, including some event coordination and formal table service. Coordinate repairs for home appliances, equipment, garden and fish pool maintenance (with support from a property management team). Handle household documents, maintenance records and confidential information with strict adherence to privacy standards. Coordinate school communications, extracurricular activities, and logistics. Report to Senior Butler, coordinate with household staffs, including domestic helpers, drivers, and back-office staffs. Help with ad-hoc tasks as needed. Requirements: Minimum 3 year's relevant experience supporting and handling personal matters; practical experience as a Butler / Household Personal Assistant /Hospitality professionals in 5-star hotels/resorts is an advantage. Excellent communication skill. Able to liaise smoothly with family members and household staff; articulate, and clear in follow-ups. Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management will be an advantage Patience and flexible with quick response and decisive attitude.
