The Safety Executive must have direct access to the Safety Management Manager. The duties and responsibilities as appropriate following: Duties and responsibilities Improve the company's safety management system processes, including its associated documentation system. Arrange Safety Action Group (SAG) Meeting and produce Minutes of Meeting. Prepare safety issues to conduct Safety Review Board (SRB) Meeting. Manage and continually improve the company's safety reporting system. Arrange to conduct emergency response plan (ERP) and provide the results of recommendations. Conduct hazard identification and risk management analysis of occurrences. Accident/incident investigations establish causes and formulate corrective/preventative safety measures and report writing. Monitor corrective safety actions to ensure accomplishment and effectiveness. Monitor safety performance (SPI/SPT) and communicate results to management and contact SPI owner when SPI alert level breached. Promote safety for all organisation's staff. Issue the safety information (Safety Announcement, Safety Bulletin and Safety Poster) or any document for continuous safety. Regular updates safety information in SharePoint to ensure its validity. Conduct facilities safety briefing for visitor visits. Conduct briefing organisation's reporting channels to subcontractors. Coordinate and control the serviceability of fire extinguishers. Coordinate and control the serviceability of emergency signs, medical kit. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Safety Management Manager to support overall safety management system. Minimum Qualification Requirement A relevant degree qualification with additional education acceptable to the CAAT. Knowledge of quality management system, human factors, safety management system based on ICAO Annex 19, organisation's MOE and applicable regulations. An understanding of risk management, safety investigation techniques and promotion of positive safety culture.
