Skills Training Support Service Centre Manager

Responsibilities: Provide effective leadership for the service centre, providing purpose-driven skills training support services to engage service targets, ensuring the centre’s day-to-day operations, administration and resources are managed efficiently Lead the planning and delivery of centre-based experiential and partnership programmes, activities and services to support Institution’s goals and community needs and to promote lifelong learning of new skills Translate Institution’s objectives into annual operational and activity plans, supported by prudent budgeting, financial monitoring and resource allocation Build and maintain constructive relationships with funding bodies and other stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and support service development Oversee the centre’s service portfolio, monitoring delivery standards, contractual or funding requirements, performance indicators and agreed outcomes Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by management Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Management or a related discipline At least 15 years of relevant experience in the social services sector, including a minimum of 8 years in centre management and project management Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work within tight deadlines A mature and resourceful leader with a strategic outlook, strong personal drive and creativity to respond effectively to evolving service needs Strong partnership development experience, with the ability to establish and expand networks with stakeholders to identify training gaps and develop appropriate training solutions.
