Job Description: Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of LINE channel communications, from conceptualization to execution. In charge of team's strategy recommendations based on analysis and hard data to optimize team's capabilities Responsible for team's reporting, analysis, and performance projections Conceptualize, craft compelling messages, and design impactful visuals for promotional materials distributed via LINE Handle the scheduling and timely execution of communications campaigns. Work closely with marketing and other cross-functional teams to own and manage campaign projects Track and analyze the performance of LINE communications. Utilize data insights to formulate communication strategies, optimize user engagement, and propose recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations or any other relevant field. Prior experience in marketing, copywriting, e-commerce, or channel marketing is a strong advantage. Experience with social media marketing platforms and tools, such as LINE OA Manager, is highly advantageous. Superb Thai written and verbal communication skills are essential; you must be able to write and create engaging copy that attracts users to the application. Professional English skills (reading/writing/listening/speaking). Strong analytical and presentation skills Meticulous attention to detail is a must, as all communications must be thoroughly proofread, accurate, and error-free. Strong project management, time management, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal and external teams.
