Exciting Role for you To assist the team in handling Private Equity–related business application (portfolio management system/investor reporting system) projects and ad-hoc small requests for both the Hong Kong and overseas offices. Drive digital transformation initiatives, including Microsoft 365, automation tools, and AI-related technologies. Work with external vendors and IT specialist and users to coordinate system projects. Project management for business applications (fund portfolio & investor reporting systems) To ensure the group’s operation is in compliance with the statutory requirements and the policy Requirements Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration (Information System), Project Management, Computer Science or related disciplines preferred but not mandatory. Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English. Basic Japanese will be an advantage. Min. 2 years of experience as IT BA/Project Coordinator, preferably in a sizable FS firm Drive digital transformation initiatives, including Microsoft 365, automation tools, and AI-related technologies. Professionalism, integrity and strong sense of responsibility Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
