Job Description: Drive Branch Excellence - oversee sales, service and compliance to ensure top-notch performance; Inspire Your Team - guide, motivate, and drive your staff toward achieving shared goals and exceeding expectations; Build Strong Relationships - develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong connections with customers and the community; Uphold Standards - ensure the branch adheres to the highest levels of compliance, safety, and security. Job Requirements: Preferably Managers specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent. Min. 2 years experience in branch operations, compliance or in leadership / management role. Good knowledge of banking products and services with strong customer service skills. Has wealth & banca product licenses (IPPC, FIMM, PCE, CEILI & TBE) will be an added advantage.
