Tianda Pharmaceuticals (Hong Kong) Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tianda Pharmaceuticals Limited (a company listed on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange, stock code: 00455. HK). The company is responsible for the marketing and sales of Tianda Pharmaceuticals’ products in Hong Kong, Macao and international markets. To support the company’s continued growth and expansion, we are looking to hire experienced individual for the following position: Sales & Marketing Manager Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business and achieve revenue growth for pharmaceutical & healthcare product lines; Expand and optimize distribution networks across retail, wholesale, and digital channels (e.g., e-commerce platform) to increase market share; Build up and enhance relationships with key accounts, distributors, suppliers, and traders, securing favorable terms and conditions for the company; Lead go-to-market strategies, including but not restricted to pricing, positioning, and promotional directions; Drive e-commerce growth through platform management (owned/ third-party) and initiatives; Handle market and customer data analysis to for product improvement; Collaborate with other teams on budgeting, pricing, promotions, market planning and research, and channel/key account management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline; Minimum 5 years of marketing and sales experience in sizable corporations, with focus on health product / pharmaceutical sectors of the Hong Kong market would be much preferred; Proven track record in sales channel management, including developing and executing strategic plans to achieve growth in revenue and market share; Strong in managing key accounts, distributors, and various sales platforms; Be familiar with consumer trends and regulatory requirements in the health product/ pharmaceutical market; Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), with great interpersonal skills; Candidate with more experience will be considered for Senior Manager/ Director position.
