Negotiate and propose practical repayment plans tailored to customers’ situations. Respond professionally to defaulters’ enquiries regarding overdue payments and available payment options. Manage and coordinate repossession-related matters in line with company procedures. Ensure proper documentation and timely updates of collection activities. Requirements: Minimum Diploma holder in any field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in collections or credit control. Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
