General Description of Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the deployment, implementation, and maintenance of hardware and application software at customer sites, ensuring system stability, service quality, and operational excellence. Engage with customers to understand business requirements, provide technical solutions, manage expectations, and coordinate with internal teams and headquarters to ensure timely issue resolution. Provide technical guidance and support for complex incidents, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing system performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and recommending effective technical solutions to enhance service quality and efficiency. Manage and coordinate project activities, operational tasks, and service delivery milestones to ensure successful execution within agreed timelines, quality standards, and SLA requirements. Support critical incident and problem management by coordinating cross-functional teams, providing expert advice, and ensuring effective resolution of technical issues. Provide technical coaching, knowledge sharing, and guidance to junior engineers to improve team capability and technical competency. Prepare and deliver project updates, operational reports, risk assessments, and technical recommendations to customers and management. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies, technical standards, and service delivery processes while continuously improving customer satisfaction. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system integration, cloud infrastructure, or IT operations, with strong hands-on technical experience. Strong experience in Linux and Windows operating systems , including system administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and operational support. Solid experience in server, storage, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure deployment, administration, and maintenance. Proven ability to independently handle complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide effective solutions in a customer-facing environment. Experience in project implementation, system integration, and coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions successfully. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate technical challenges and make appropriate recommendations. Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a strong customer-service mindset. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of sharing technical knowledge, supporting junior engineers, and contributing to team capability development. Strong knowledge of one or more of the following technologies is required: IP Networking, Switching, and Server Technologies Virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, KVM, Hyper-V) Cloud Computing Technologies and Cloud Infrastructure Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu), Hypervisor, KVM, OpenStack, Xen Windows Server Technologies and Microsoft ecosystem Cloud Service Architecture Cloud Storage and Backup Solutions Cloud Migration Technologies (P2V/V2V) and Disaster Recovery Solutions

If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
