Location : Hong Kong International Airport Time : 07:00 - 16:00 / 14:45 - 23:45 / 22:30 - 07:30 (6 days per week, shift required ) What you'll do: Work inside the airport restricted area Maintain order and ensure smooth crowd control Assist with queuing and passenger flow management Handle emergency situations Handle and respond to passenger enquiries Requires standing and walking for extended periods Key qualifications: F.5 or above, with minimum 1 years of Customer Service Experience Fluent in Cantonese, fair English and Putonghua Able to read and write simple Chinese & English Self-motivated, Good team spirit, Ability to work independently and under pressure ** Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Passenger Queuing Assistant
