Chief Operating Officer

Tianda Group Limited ("the Group") is a multinational enterprise with investment holding as its core business, involving FMCG, pharmaceutical and healthcare, color printing packaging and creative media, real estate development, resources and environment, financial services and other fields. The Group is headquartered in Hong Kong. To support the company’s continued growth and expansion, we are looking to hire experienced individual for the following position: Chief Operating Officer Responsibilities Support the formulation of development strategies for the Group and each business segment, while driving the creation and continuous refinement of operating management systems and governance structures across the organization; Partner with the Chairman and General Managers to oversee the day-to-day operational management of all business segments, enhance operational quality and efficiency, and drive the achievement of the Group’s strategic and business objectives; Conduct operational analysis, promptly identify and resolve issues, strengthen risk controls, and promote the sustainable development of the Group. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or above; At least 5 years of senior management experience in a conglomerate or diversified holdings, or organizations with large-scale Mainland China and overseas operations; Proven track record managing cross-border businesses, multicultural environments, and multi-jurisdiction operational frameworks; Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across business units and geographies; Demonstrate strong sense of responsibility, strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities; Excellent communication, coordination, organization, and leadership skills, along with strong team spirit and professional conduct. Remuneration: Basic salary plus year-end performance bonus. Specific package will be determined based on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience.
