Key responsibilities: Independent IT Operations and User Support 1. Act as the first point of contact and primary resolver for end-user incidents and service requests across the medical centre, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, shared drives, email and office applications. 2. Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and replace approved IT hardware and peripherals; perform root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions. 3. Install, configure, patch and support operating systems and authorised software; maintain standard device builds and ensure software licensing compliance. 4. Manage user onboarding, role changes and offboarding, including accounts, access rights, email, shared folders and devices, based on approved requests. 5. Maintain an accurate IT asset register, software licence register, warranty records, device allocation and disposal documentation. Infrastructure, Network and Systems Administration 1. Administer and monitor the local-area network, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, routers, firewalls, servers, storage and related infrastructure within approved authority. 2. Provide hands-on support for Windows endpoints and core Microsoft services such as Microsoft 365, email, file sharing and endpoint security, where deployed. 3. Monitor system capacity, availability and performance; execute preventive maintenance and address recurring faults before operational disruption occurs. 4. Support connected operational technology such as CCTV, access control, telephony/PABX, queue systems, digital displays and meeting-room equipment. Clinical and Business Applications 1. Provide first-line functional and technical support for hospital applications and interfaces, including HIS, laboratory, PACS and other operational systems used by iHEAL. 2. Serve as the internal Application Champion: attend vendor training, maintain system knowledge, guide users, coordinate testing and validate issue resolution. 3. Coordinate user acceptance testing, upgrades, interfaces, change requests and downtime arrangements with system owners, clinical users and vendors. 4. Do not alter clinical configurations, patient records or production databases without documented approval.
