The company is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing strategies across both digital and offline channels, driving brand growth, customer engagement, and commercial performance. Position Overview The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple brands and channels. Working closely with Retail, E-Commerce, Sales, and Brand Partners, this role will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth while ensuring a seamless customer experience both online and offline. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership capabilities with a deep understanding of modern consumer behavior, digital marketing trends, and retail marketing execution. They must be able to attract younger consumers while continuing to engage and retain loyal existing customers. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand direction. Create annual marketing plans, budgets, and campaign calendars. Strengthen brand awareness, market positioning, and customer engagement across all touchpoints. Collaborate with international brand partners to execute regional and local marketing initiatives. Digital Marketing & Consumer Engagement Lead digital marketing activities across social media, paid media, CRM, email marketing, website, and e-commerce platforms. Develop customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies. Identify emerging trends and consumer insights to drive innovative marketing campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing investments to maximize ROI. Retail Marketing & Commercial Activation Partner closely with Retail Operations and Sales teams to drive traffic, conversion, and in-store sales performance. Plan and execute retail campaigns, promotional activities, product launches, brand activations, and events. Ensure consistency between online and offline customer experiences. Support seasonal campaigns and key commercial periods. Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Foster collaboration across Marketing, Retail, E-Commerce, and Sales functions. Set team KPIs and manage performance to achieve business goals. Market Intelligence & Performance Analysis Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior. Track key marketing metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management. Utilize data-driven decision-making to improve campaign effectiveness and business performance. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Minimum 8 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. Proven experience in both online and offline marketing. Strong background in Sports Retail, Lifestyle, Fashion, Consumer Goods, Beauty, or related industries. Experience working with international brands, distributors, or regional brand partners. Demonstrated success in driving brand growth through integrated marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of retail marketing, digital marketing, CRM, customer journey, and performance marketing. Experience managing marketing budgets and agency partners. Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
