Job Description: Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Training & Development strategies aligned with business and employee development needs. Analyze skill gaps and organizational challenges, then design appropriate learning and development solutions. Create Learning Roadmaps, Learning Journeys, and development programs to support employee growth. Design and develop training content for both offline and online learning. Create engaging digital learning content such as videos, presentations, microlearning, infographics, and AI-generated content. Drive the development of online learning platforms, e-Learning, LMS, or other digital learning solutions. Develop employee engagement initiatives and communication campaigns to support organizational culture and employee experience. Work closely with stakeholders to manage projects from planning to implementation and evaluation. Support other HR-related assignments as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Communication, Digital Media, or related fields. 3–5+ years of experience in HRD, L&D, OD, Talent Development, or related fields. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze development needs. Experience in designing Training Programs, Learning Roadmaps, or Employee Development initiatives. Strong Content Creation and Digital Learning skills. Experience with AI tools, e-Learning, LMS, or online learning platforms is highly preferred. Knowledge of website development, HTML, UX/UI, or digital platforms will be an advantage. Creative, proactive, and able to independently drive projects from idea to implementation.
