HR Staff Location: Rojana Industrial Estate, Nong Yai Benefits: Transportation, Meals, and Insurance Provided Job Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer administration to ensure timely hiring. Facilitate onboarding processes, including new hire orientation and induction programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Support Training & Development initiatives by identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and maintaining training records. Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, training materials, and other HR-related files in an accurate and confidential manner. Assist in HR administrative activities and employee engagement programs as required. Perform other duties and projects assigned by the Supervisor or Manager. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Learning & Development, or related areas. Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Communicable English skills, both written and spoken. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
