Job Summary: Drive business growth by developing and executing partnership marketing strategies with fuel, transportation, and mobility partners. Build strategic relationships, launch customer-centric campaigns, analyze performance, and identify new opportunities to enhance cardholder engagement and spending. Job Description: • Develop and execute annual marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional strategies for Gas & Transportation partners to drive credit card spending, transaction volume, new customer acquisition, and customer engagement in line with business targets. • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key partners across fuel stations, EV charging providers, public transportation operators, parking services, tollway operators, and other transportation-related businesses while identifying opportunities for strategic business growth. • Initiate and negotiate collaborative marketing campaigns, exclusive privileges, and partnership programs to maximize card usage, customer value proposition, and mutual business outcomes. • Explore and establish new partnerships within the Gas & Transportation ecosystem to expand merchant coverage, increase card spending volume, and capture emerging market opportunities. • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, spending patterns, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and develop effective campaign strategies and mechanics. • Monitor campaign performance and business results through regular tracking of spending volume, transaction growth, customer acquisition, and campaign ROI, while recommending improvement actions to optimize future performance. • Conduct campaign evaluation, including pre-campaign forecasting and post-campaign analysis, utilizing data and customer insights to enhance effectiveness and resource allocation. • Manage campaign budgets, cost control, financial forecasting, and performance reporting to ensure alignment with business plans and achievement of agreed objectives. • Work closely with internal stakeholders including Product, Data Analytics, Content & Story Telling, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation and execution. • Handle partner inquiries, campaign-related issues, and customer feedback, providing timely solutions and recommendations to maintain service quality and partner satisfaction. • Develop innovative and customer-centric marketing initiatives that enhance cardholders' everyday spending experience across mobility and transportation touchpoints while complying with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Prepare business performance reports, partnership reviews, and management presentations to support business decision-making and strategic planning. Qualifications: • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Partnership Marketing, Business Development, Merchant Acquiring, Loyalty Program, or related fields. • Experience in managing strategic partnerships, co-marketing campaigns, or merchant relationship management, preferably in banking, financial services. • Ability to analyze business performance, customer behavior, spending trends, and market opportunities to develop effective marketing strategies and campaign initiatives. • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners. • Experience in budget planning, financial forecasting, and campaign performance evaluation. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with BI tools, data analytics platforms, or CRM systems is an advantage. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously within tight timelines. • Proactive, result-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing initiatives that drive business growth and customer engagement. • Good command of both written and spoken English.
