Responsibilities Prepare AR account summaries and monthly sales reports, and record GRV and Accounts Payable transactions for material purchases. Follow up intercompany purchasing from global sourcing department and confirm intercompany purchasing before month-end closing Follow up LA pending for month-end costing run and calculation in ERP system Prepare inventory balance, scrap and issue supplies report by weekly and monthly Prepare cost reconciles for PND 50 by project as BOI Collaborate with Sr. accountant to maintain the annual standard cost system for all products, including managing the annual budgeted standard cost cycle Assist Finance manager to prepare product costing analysis details and collaborate with Sr. accountant to complete Ensure the compliance with company policy and accounting/tax regulations Others Collaborating closely with the ERP team to minimize costing issues, streamline processes, and improve overall operational efficiency. Other requirement from Finance Manager and other departments and assists with ad hoc accounting and financial projects as requested. Qualification Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related fields With 5-7 year in cost accounting and analysis experience with multinational company. BOI costing experience would be advantage Able to use ERP software and MS Excel. Able to communication in English.
