Job Responsibilities Develop and execute brand communication strategies aligned with the company’s brand positioning and overall marketing objectives. Create and develop compelling content for various brand communication channels, including social media content, PR materials, press releases, and brand storytelling. Collaborate closely with the Ads, KOL/Influencer, and Product teams to develop consistent and impactful key messages across communication channels. Manage and maintain a consistent brand image and communication across both online and offline channels. Develop and execute PR campaigns in collaboration with influencers, KOLs, media partners, and press to strengthen brand awareness and enhance brand perception. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand Communication, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, or a related field. Strong writing and storytelling skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to create engaging PR and brand communication content. Strong understanding of branding, brand positioning, and Tone of Voice, with the ability to effectively communicate a beauty brand’s identity and personality. Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a good understanding of current beauty, lifestyle, and social media trends. Portfolio is required
