About the role Zheng He Capital Management Limited is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to join our leadership team in Hong Kong Island on a full-time basis . This is a strategic leadership position that sits at the heart of our organisation, providing critical support to senior management and driving operational excellence across the firm. As Chief of Staff, you will be instrumental in translating our strategic vision into actionable initiatives whilst ensuring seamless coordination across all business units. Key responsibilities Provide strategic support to the Chief Executive and senior leadership team, managing priorities, projects and key initiatives Oversee cross-functional coordination and ensure effective communication between business units and departments Develop and implement operational processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accountability across the organisation Lead the execution of strategic projects and monitor progress against key performance indicators Prepare analytical reports, presentations and communications for executive and board-level audiences Manage stakeholder relationships and serve as a liaison between senior management, internal teams and external partners Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to optimise business performance Support the development and implementation of company policies, procedures and governance frameworks Contribute to business planning, budgeting and forecasting activities Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on strategic and operational matters What we're looking for A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in a senior management, business operations or strategic advisory role, preferably within financial services, asset management or a comparable complex organisation Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite executives or working in a Chief of Staff capacity Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to synthesise complex information and identify strategic solutions Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within tight timescales Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to diverse audiences at all levels Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across organisational hierarchies and external stakeholders Commercial acumen and understanding of financial markets, investment management or capital markets operations Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly desirable Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Cultural fit with our values and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment What we offer At Zheng He Capital Management Limited, we are committed to attracting and retaining exceptional talent.
