Executive - Insurance & Risk Management

Job Descriptions: To provide high level of insurance and administrative support to GENM Insurance Management. 1. To assist Insurance Manager to source, seek and negotiate with potential insurer(s) or broker(s) on the procurement of the insurance that have been approved by the Company; 2. To advise, review and assist in insurance claims; 3. To assist on payments requisitions and settlement of payments; 4. To assist on Genting Risk Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (GRS) invoice payments; 5. To assist on GHR Risk Management (Labuan) Limited (GHRL) invoice payments; 6. General clerical activities including, but not limited to, photocopying, filing, data entry, producing correspondence, managing Excel spreadsheets and processing confidential insurance information amongst others. Job Requirement: Degree or diploma in any field with a minimum of 3 years and below experience in insurance industry handling either marketing, underwriting or claims. Other requirements include the following: - 1. Ability to recognise and maintain confidentiality of information; 2. Self-motivated and ability to work independently; 3. Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritise effectively; 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; 5. Knowledge of PC Window computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook); 6. High degree of organisational skills and attention to detail; Based at Wisma Genting, KL Near Public Transport - Raja Chulan Monorail & Bukit Bintang MRT.
