Project Coordinator / Site Supervisor

Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in project follow-up, including material planning, logistics and transportation coordination. Supervise and monitor fitting-out work projects and site matters, ensuring on-site construction progress adheres to the project schedule and milestones. Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and various parties to ensure specifications, working procedures, work schedules, drawings, and quality control are strictly followed. Update construction drawings, project documentation, and submissions, including site memos, R.F.I and C.F.I documents. Coordinate document submissions, material procurement, and site works. Attend regular site meetings and communicate with main-contractor. Assist with ad hoc assignments when required. Requirements Diploma or Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Interior Design, Construction, Occupational Safety and Health, or related disciplines. At least 3 years of relevant experience in fitting-out, site supervision, or project coordination, preferably in residential, commercial, or retail projects. Less experience will be considered for a junior/assistant role. Valid green card (basic safety training); Safety Supervisor Certificate or T1 Certificate is an advantage. Candidates with experience in kitchen cabinets, construction documentation, or site installation are highly preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD for fitting-out, renovation, and construction documentation; familiarity with Revit, BIM, AutoCAD 3D, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator is an advantage. Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Chinese word processing. Native proficiency in Cantonese, and good command of Mandarin and English. Well-organized, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility; independent with good interpersonal and communication skills. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
