About the role Loh Guan Lye & Sons Sdn Bhd is seeking an Junior ICT Support to join our ICT team on a full-time basis. This is a key position that supports the smooth operation of our ICT functions. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, in any ICT discipline or equivalent Knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware & software installation. Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Key responsibilities Manage desktops, laptops, peripheral devices, network & other related hardware & software support activities. Troubleshoot, diagnose & resolve problems related to hardware & software. To install/update software/application & maintain good documentation for tracking purposes.
