About the role CT Property Management Company Limited is seeking a talented Chinese Interpreter to join our team on a full-time basis in Bang Rak, Bangkok. In this pivotal administrative support role, you will serve as a crucial communication bridge between our company and Chinese-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders. As an interpreter, you will facilitate clear and accurate communication across linguistic and cultural boundaries, ensuring that all parties understand one another and that business operations proceed smoothly. This position is essential to our company's ability to serve our diverse clientele effectively and maintain strong international business relationships. Key responsibilities Provide accurate and professional interpretation services for meetings, negotiations, and business discussions between English and Chinese speakers Facilitate effective communication during client presentations, property tours, and contract discussions Translate written documents, contracts, emails, and correspondence between English and Chinese as required Maintain confidentiality and cultural sensitivity when interpreting sensitive business matters Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication flow with Chinese-speaking clients and partners Attend site visits and property inspections to provide on-site interpretation services Clarify cultural nuances and business practices to ensure mutual understanding between parties Maintain accurate records of interpreted conversations and translated documents as needed Support administrative tasks related to client communications and relationship management What we're looking for Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (both spoken and written) with excellent English language skills Proven professional experience as an interpreter or translator in a business environment, preferably in property management, real estate, or corporate settings Strong understanding of business terminology and concepts in both languages Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey messages clearly and accurately Cultural awareness and sensitivity with the ability to navigate cross-cultural business situations Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential business information Ability to work independently and manage multiple interpretation tasks simultaneously Flexible and adaptable approach to varying work demands and client needs Experience with property management, real estate transactions, or facility management is advantageous Certification in interpretation or translation from a recognised institution is preferred What we offer CT Property Management Company Limited is committed to creating a supportive and professional workplace environment.
